The Washington Post on Monday laid off 54 employees from Arc XP, the division of the company that makes and sells publishing software to other media brands, as part of what a Post spokesperson called a “refined product vision.”

This vision, spokesperson Olivia Petersen said, includes AI-enhanced content creation, personalized user experience and advanced analytics for Arc XP’s thousands of clients around the world.
