The Hill appoints Kat Trainor as vice president of events

Announcement from Sarah Katt, Senior Vice President of Programming, The Hill 

Katt: I would like to officially welcome Kat Trainor to The Hill events team. Kat will join the team as our Vice President of Events. In this newly created role, Kat will lead our live events team, helping us expand our footprint with an emphasis on national events and new advertising partners.  

Kat has 20+ years’ experience as a global journalist and media executive including NY1, CNBC and Bloomberg as well as several entrepreneurial ventures.  Kat will be based out of the New York City area. Welcome Kat!
