Houston Chronicle hires veteran columnist Kirk Bohls to report on UT sports

The University of Texas has officially entered the Southeastern Conference, a place where they like to say “it just means more.”

It means more to us as well.

That’s why we’re happy to announce the addition of Kirk Bohls to our coverage of the Longhorns and college sports.

That name might ring a bell with many Longhorns fans.

Bohls has been synonymous with UT coverage for quite some time — over 50 years as a reporter and columnist with the Austin American-Statesman.
