Reshma Kothari joins LION Publishers as finance and operations manager

As our membership and staff numbers have grown, so has the complexity of our behind-the-scenes “mission support” operations. We’re so excited to welcome Reshma to LION as our first finance and operations manager, a role that will help us continue to grow sustainably and compliantly. Her work will include:

• Proactively ensuring compliance with federal, state and local employment laws.
• Improving and overseeing onboarding and offboarding processes for staff and board members.
• Ensuring consistent financial data across internal systems.

Reshma, an east coast native (New York & New Jersey) and current Philadelphia resident, joins LION after serving as partnerships associate at Benefits Data Trust where she owned project management for multiple programmatic contracts.
