Newspaper Industry Veteran Gary Meo Joins Coda Ventures in Key Accounts Management Role

Coda, the technology-driven local market research and advisory firm, today announces that newspaper industry veteran Gary Meo has joined the Coda team as vice president, key accounts. He will focus on helping newspaper and digital clients utilize Coda’s research solutions to grow revenue.

Meo brings decades of print media and marketing research experience to Coda. His print industry career includes management positions at Time Inc., PEOPLE Weekly, LA WEEKLY, the Los Angeles Times and Hispanic Magazine.  He spent over 20 years at Nielsen Scarborough (formerly Scarborough Research) leading a team of account executives in the sales and service of research solutions for daily and weekly newspapers, magazines, digital publishers and other local media organizations.  Immediately before joining Coda, Meo was vice president of client development for Research and Analysis of Media (RAM).

Meo is joining a very experienced Coda team, which includes career senior newspaper executive, Dave Storey (VP, key accounts), newspaper research and marketing veteran, Jim Conaghan (SVP, research and analytics), and Scarborough alumni Cynthia Reyes-Methvin (VP, key accounts) and Lara Colton (VP, research and analytics).
