John Clark, Publisher of Capital Journal, Announces Retirement After 46 Years in News Business

John Clark, publisher of the Capital Journal in Pierre since July 2015, announced this week he is retiring.

“After 46 years in the news business, I’m retiring at the end of the month,” Clark told Capital Journal employees on Monday, Jan. 6, in the newspaper building on Dakota Avenue. “My last day is Jan. 31.”
