Complaint redelivery tool:
This allows CirculationPro to automatically dispatch redelivery complaints to drivers via text message or email. Drivers with web-enabled phones are able to respond from the field and give real-time updates back to customer service. Additionally, drivers with smart phones are able to click on a link to launch their mapping software, get directions or click on a link to call the customer for additional information.

This new feature allows drivers to enter returns and draw adjustments from just about anywhere on any device. Information is automatically uploaded into CirculationPro for review by the site's staff.
 
• E- invoicing of distributors

This new feature makes printing physical bills a thing of the past. Automatically email the distributor a PDF of their invoice, for all routes across all publications. Distributors can pay or access their accounts online and have their checking or savings accounts automatically credited.
