Colorado Newspaper Selling Office, but Staying Put

According to officials with Prairie Mountain
Publishing, the Estes Park Trail-Gazette and Verus Commercial, Inc. have
signed an agreement for the sale of the newspaper offices and warehouse
located at 251 Moraine Ave. The contract includes a lease-back option
for the paper, allowing it to remain at the 251 Moraine Ave. location.
"Selling the building in Estes allows us to focus more on meeting the needs of our advertisers and readers, rather than managing the facility." said Al Manzi president and CEO of Prairie Mountain Publishing, owners of the Trail-Gazette.
